De Play Bass Habit P165C is een 6,5-inch componentset uit de Play-serie. Hij klinkt fantastisch, of je hem nu voedt met je autoradio of met een aparte versterker.

Er is een kleine condensator inbegrepen voor de tweeter om ervoor te zorgen dat hij de juiste frequenties afspeelt. Deze wordt aangesloten op de positieve draad van de tweeter, tussen de tweeter en de luidspreker.

De Play serie is ontworpen om de prijs laag te houden zonder aan kwaliteit en prestaties in te boeten. Deze 6,5 inch 2-weg componentenset bewijst dat een budgetkit niet hoeft in te boeten op prestaties. R165C uit de Rebel serie biedt je een compleet audiopakket met zowel midbass drivers als tweeters. Laat je niet misleiden door de prijs, dit componentensysteem levert meer dan je zou verwachten.

De R165C is de 6,5-inch component kit die je nodig hebt als je op zoek bent naar een product dat hoge prestaties levert voor een prijs die je zal doen glimlachen. Deze 2-weg componentenset, bestaande uit twee midbass/midrange drivers en twee tweeters, biedt een heldere en krachtige geluidservaring die van elke autorit een plezier maakt. Als onderdeel van de Rebel serie is de R165C ontworpen om perfect aan te sluiten bij andere componenten uit dezelfde serie.

We hebben de R165C speciaal ontwikkeld voor mensen met een beperkt budget maar grote ambities voor het geluidssysteem van hun auto. De luidspreker is gebouwd met een duurzame korf en rubberen rand, wat zorgt voor een lange levensduur en goede prestaties. Met de ingebouwde condensator in de tweeter is een gebalanceerd geluidsprofiel verzekerd, of je de luidspreker nu rechtstreeks aansluit op de ingebouwde versterker van je head-unit of hem koppelt aan een speciale versterker.

Deze luidspreker is gebouwd om lang mee te gaan, met onderdelen die een betrouwbaar geluid garanderen. De eenvoudige installatie maakt het eenvoudig om je geluidssysteem te upgraden en te genieten van helder en krachtig geluid!

DLS weet dat de kleine details uiteindelijk het verschil maken, daarom houden we dat altijd in gedachten wanneer we nieuwe producten ontwerpen en ontwikkelen.
Een perfect voorbeeld hiervan is de DLS originele nieuwe antivibratie korf PENTA. Wanneer de magnetische aandrijving van een luidspreker kan werken zonder
beïnvloed te worden door externe trillingen, wordt het geluid strakker en helderder.
In de DLS PENTA korf wordt de sterke stalen korf versterkt door nauwkeurig geperste structuren die aan de zijkanten van elke pilaar lopen, waardoor een zeer stijf montagevlak voor de magneet ontstaat.
Om resonantietrillingen verder te elimineren speelt ook de asymmetrische vorm met vijf - in plaats van de gebruikelijke vier - pijlers een belangrijke rol om staande golven in de mechanische structuur te voorkomen.

De RC6.2Q heeft een origineel DLS-ontwerp, een anti-vibratie PENTA-korf en logo's met DLS-opdruk. De woofer met grote magneet en solide aluminium kegel heeft een
speciale rubberen stofkap die de midden/hoge frequentieweergave verbetert en de 28 mm zijden koepel zorgt samen met een hoogwaardig component

There was a long research to final all our Performance Series engineering affords of the past with a not than less than a real High End 6.5“ Midbass in order to lead and represent the EXCURSION brand together with our PX-1S Tweeter and PX-3M or PX-4M Midrange Designs into the next chapters of future and ahead of the called „Rest“.
 
So the first job we focused has been the transmitter, which the cone will always be, and developed a 3layer High Tech cone structure which may be in presence for sure one of the most complex and luxury cone materials on the global market. A full high grade Carbon Front got paired together with a Glasfibre Rear Former to a sandwich construction we filled with Polymetharcrylimide (PMI) foam between. This most lightweighted construction feature is paired with a kind of unbreakable stiffness and a high graded inner damping of this sandwich cone effect with an unbelievable ground resolution. A filling makes you wonder where the sub in your car is already even if still not installed and this all at the best vocal resolution.
 
With the PX-1S tweeter and the top player in the 2-way team, the actual challenge was to implement our existing design and drawings, the first samples of which date back to 2014, with the right partners. Since factories are all too happy to fall back on existing individual parts, it took a long time to persuade them to invest a great deal of effort and start completely from scratch. Our intended housing branding in the family design should also prevent possible misappropriation in other global markets without our knowledge. But of course it would not have been possible to achieve the goal without the sportsmanship of our partners, especially with regard to the procurement and sampling of all materials.

The step up from the SHX to the PX series is already a house number too big for a simple improvement of existing EXCURSION systems and some of our customers. It must be said that this dilemma gave rise to the idea of another series between SHX and PX. From the genes of both parents, it should become the REFERENCE in the brand architecture of EXCURSION in the future and supplement this with the abbreviation RX of the SXR subwoofer series.

With RX or REFERENCE, we were now able to design an engineering from top to bottom for the first time. Question the luxury factors of the PERFORMANCE series with the spirit of a housewife and set the table with the simplest possible recipe, but extremely tasty. The RX formula then turned out to be even easier than expected and can be summed up as PX minus 3 building blocks but and only from the mid-bass speaker. With a super-expensive PX high-technology cone made of carbon/PMI/glass fiber, the idea of replacing it with our very light and vital wool fiber membrane from the SHX series was absolutely obvious and was already more than halfway to the goal. The double resonance-reducing hammer finish of the basket was the next logical consequence and the rest of the finish line with a total savings potential of around 45% was achieved with the chrome of the motor parts. You could also reduce the difference to just the transformer, which the cone will always be, and see the exciting result as the SUPER SHX SERIES. This with SUPER more motor power, SUPER high-quality centering, SUPER better passive components and 14GA tinned OFC wiring, 2Ohm Technology and in the team with the PX-1S high-end tweeter, which plays in a SUPER league

In onze SHX - STREET HIGH POWER-serie zijn er echter verschillende andere verbeteringen die een duidelijk verschil maken. Ten eerste hebben we het gewicht verlaagd met een extravagant en vitaal membraan dat is gebaseerd op een combinatie van natuurlijke wol en glasvezels. Dit alleen al resulteert in een verbeterde resolutie in het middenbereik en zorgt na een bepaalde inloopperiode voor een goede aanval in de basis. Vervolgens hebben we het motorvermogen verhoogd door middel van grootte en magneetmateriaal, terwijl we het magnetische veld parallel hebben uitgebreid voor een verbeterde gecontroleerde verplaatsing. Omdat alleen "meer vermogen" beter is dan vermogen, is de impedantie van de spreekspoel ook teruggebracht tot 3 ohm. Dit ligt dicht bij de grens van wat goede originele radiosystemen in de praktijk kunnen doen, maar elk type versterker krijgt ook een HOGER VERMOGEN gevraagd, wat onze SHX vervolgens in meer audio naar de STRAAT brengt. Tot slot kunnen we met onze nieuw ontworpen 2-weg installatiecrossover met 3-traps tweeterniveau-aanpassing verwijzen naar een andere innovatieve nieuwe functie in de momenteel herziene SHX 2-wegversie. In overeenstemming met de praktijk met de kleinst mogelijke maat, kan een volwassen 2-weg passieve crossover worden geïnstalleerd in het gebied van de kabeldoorgangen naar de deuren of, indien nodig, binnen de deuren.

EEN WAANZINNIGE LUIDSPREKER VOOR ELKE BEHOEFTE
Er gaat niets boven het vervangen van die oude stoffige wannabe-speaker die zich achter je deurpaneel heeft verstopt. Zijn je oude luidsprekers kapot gegaan omdat ze jouw niveau van luidheid niet aankonden? De K2 serie 2-weg component kit is er klaar voor. Wees trots, wees luid, wees MAD!

LAAT UW AUTO WEER ALS NIEUW AANVOELEN
Precies zoals u het wilt, precies zoals uw auto het wil - ongecompliceerd, luid en gemaakt om te passen als een handschoen. Voor heldere hoge tonen hebben we een 25 mm zijden koepeltweeter met neodymiummagneet toegevoegd. Plaats de tweeter waar je maar wilt - het is aan jou! De K2-serie wordt geleverd met drie verschillende montagetoebehoren voor de tweeter. Kies je tweeterlocatie zonder je in te houden, LOUD upgrades passen overal!

ONTWORPEN OM DUURZAAM TE ZIJN
Onze onderzoeksafdeling is echt MAD gegaan! Voor onze MAD S2 subwoofers ontwikkelden we een nieuw soort IMPP conus & USG™ rubberen wooferrand. We besloten dat deze zo goed waren dat we ze ook hebben gebruikt voor de K2 serie. We hebben ook een harde PP stofkap toegevoegd, met een convexe vorm voor een betere spreiding van de hoge frequenties en respons buiten de as. Dit alles verpakt in een kleine behuizing die de montage heel eenvoudig maakt.

ZWEEDS ONTWERP, WAANZINNIGE GEVOELIGHEDEN
De 25 mm spreekspoel van KSV is gewikkeld met lichtgewicht CCAW (Copper Clad Aluminum Wire) dat zorgt voor een dynamisch geluid, en de wooferrand is gemaakt van bestendig zacht butyl. Aangezien het Zweedse weer alle seizoenen omvat, is de K2-serie ontworpen om ze allemaal te weerstaan. Warm, koud, UV-stralen - het maakt niet uit. Het is MAD en het is gemaakt om luid te spelen, ongeacht de omstandigheden!
